Historical Must Reads.

Since venturing into the book reviewing world, it's almost impossible to express just how many amazing people we have met... almost...the authors we chat to across social media are simply some of the most lovely people in the world. They're kindness, trust, support and guidance over the last few years has shown no bounds and for it we are eternally grateful.
A few months back after we had taken a break from blogging, due to losing our Grandad, I was contacted by three authors of whose books I read and review regularly. Only this time, they wanted to send me their latest books just to read, escape and enjoy. I was specifically given instruction not to review them - Sorry Lara, I promise this isn't 'technically' a review! ;p I was completely blown away and touched by their warm-heartedness, it truly meant the world to me at such a sad time.

With that being said, I then struggled profoundly to keep my love for these books to myself, which led me to writing this review post. Because these books are so brilliant, my little heart was positively bursting with the need to tell you all about them. The book reviewer in me didn't know where to turn. These books simply must be talked about. Which is why today, I am giving you a very, very simple review - if you will - and am adding these three historical reads to your shopping list. Aren't I kind? :p

1. Lara Temple's 'Lord Hunter's Cinderella Heiress.'

2. Janice Preston's 'Scandal and Miss Markham.'

3. Virginia Heath's 'His Mistletoe Wager.'

All three of these stories are page turners, flirty, romantic, swoon-worthy, captivating, intoxicating, riveting and in the case of number 3, festive! They are complete escapes and I can't recommend them enough!

Be it Christmas gifts, your next Sunday morning read or book for your book-club. You won't go wrong with any of these books, or all three!!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart Lara, Janice and Virginia for sending them to me. xxx

Happy Reading!
Love
