Back to work!!

We have been a little quiet on the blogging front over the past two weeks, due to us going back home to England to spend time with family and since arriving back in the States, this past Sunday, we have been trying to get back in to the swing of everything and of course settle back in to our work schedules, so please forgive us. We hope every one is doing wonderful and we can't wait to get back to posting regularly as we have so many ideas and topics we just can't wait to write about, so stay tuned! :)

In the meantime, if you want to have a little look see at what we got up to while away, you can check out our British Vlog over on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mejdHwy-pfs

In addition, you know we also took tons of pictures, that we can't wait to start scrapbooking, so here are just some of our favourites! :)

Getting ready for The Overtones with our sister and Mum and Dad! :) You can read all about how awesome The Overtones are in our last post, one that we managed to sneak in while we were home! :p

If you've watched our vlog, you will see how utterly ecstatic we were to receive this surprise parcel from our family in Italy! These are our favourite cakes on earth, we have actually mentioned them a number of times on this blog, and we were bouncing around the house for days after opening the box! :) Thank you, thank you, thank you to our Aunties for sending them! :)

We can't go home without learning something from our Grandad, amongst a few other things, this past visit we whipped up our own fresh ravioli! :)

Perfection!! We will happily embody the British stereotype, as we couldn't make a trip home without Fish and Chips! :) The best Fish and Chips in the world come from our corner Chippy, Golden Gate! :)

Enjoying an amazing family meal at our Aunties house. This day was simply perfect and rather delicious! <3

We were so incredibly grateful to get two weeks off work, to be given that time off was a dream come true for us. We are still working on the right balance of living in the now and appreciating each day, though we miss our family terribly. The two weeks we spent at home were pure bliss, getting to hang out with our little brother and sister, spend each and every day with our Nanna and Grandad, getting to watch movies and swoon over Scott Eastwood (The Longest Ride) with our Mum and to be able to hug our Dad whenever we wanted, those things are truly what life is all about! :)

Hope everyone is having an amazing week! :)

Love Lucy and Kelly.
